Stampin’Up! So Detailed Thinlit Dies Celebrate card
The Stampin’Up! So Detailed Thinlit Dies Celebrate card uses my favorite part of the So In Love Bundle, the thin dies! They are so elegant! This makes creating a lovely quick and easy card so simple!!
The So Detailed thin dies coordinate beautifully with the Falling in Love Suite of products on page 50 in the 2017 Occasions Catalog. The “Celebrate” sentiment came from the Beautiful you stamp set (wood 043004, or clear 143637).
First, I started this card with a standard Very Vanilla card base, and cut the second Very Vanilla layer at 5.25″ x 4″. Then, I embossed it using the new Falling Petals textured impressions embossing folder. Next, I attached the So Detailed thinlit die to this layer and popped up the whole thing using dimensionals.
The Falling in Love Embellishment just dangles from a piece of Gold Thread using a glue dot (no knot required!) Yay!
Stampin’Up! Serene Scenery Wishing You Brighter Days card
Stampin’Up! Serene Scenery Wishing You Brighter Days card Is beyond quick and easy! This paper stack has many choices that make beautiful stand alone art for card fronts. Also, the coordinating patterns on the reverse sides are beautiful!!
As I put this series of cards together I was so excited to see all the choices I had, I think the catalog does not do this paper stack justice at all! There are a wide variety of scenes and color choices!
This is probably one of the most simple cards have assembled. I started with a basic A2 card size for the white base, the green layer was cut at 5.25″ x 4″, and the DSP is cut at 5″ x 3.75″. I stamped the sentiment on a 1/2″ strip of white cardstock, and layered the strips, attaching them with a handheld stapler.
My Stampin’Up! Sealed With Love Bundle card really ended up being more of a smash book collage look…lol… I must have moved those pieces around a hundred times to find a look I was happy with.
First, I started with the elements I knew I wanted to incorporate into the card. I had a vision in my head and we all know how that goes! Often what we end up with is a far cry from the original idea!
I pre-cut all the pieces for my class and I loved watching my friends creativity! Some used all, some were minimalist, and some created something totally new! That is my favorite part of this, there is no “right” way to be creative!
Stampin’Up! Umbrella kitty card and video tutorial
Stampin’Up! Umbrella kitty card and video tutorial:
Despite the layered looks of this card it is actually quick and easy to put together. The Fox Builder punch is so versatile! You can create so many different kinds of animals with it! I like to pop up the tail and the head with dimensionals to add some depth, too.
Start with a Thick White Cardstock base. Cut the Crumb Cake layer at 5.25″ x 4″, next use the cloud diecuts that are part of the Umbrella Weather Framelits. Center the Crumb Cake layer onto the white and stamp your clouds in Pool Party ink using the die cut outs as your guide! Use the Whisper White Craft ink to stamp raindrops.
Then attach your paper strips along the left border of the card. My DSP was 1″, the Island Indigo is 1/4″, and the Dazzling Diamond strip is 3/8″. Just play and see what you like! Finally, assemble the kitty and the popped up umbrella and place on the card. I used a thin piece of the Dazzling Diamond paper to make my own handle.
This Stampin’Up! Weather Together with Love card is super easy to make. I love the Serene Scenery paper stack and will be doing a mini series with it using the Umbrella Weather Together Bundle.
I started with an 8.5″ x 11″ piece of Melon Mambo cardstock and cut it in half at 5.5″. Score in half at 4.25″ and fold to create the card base. The white embossed layer is cut at 5.25″ x 4″ and embossed with the Falling Petals textured impressions folder.
I used the umbrella framelit and cut a melon mambo and serene scenery umbrella. If you cut the DSP umbrella near the edge you can use the small piece of scallop DSP left as an accent near the sentiment strips. The silver glitter paper adds the perfect amount of sparkle!
A Quick & Easy Stampin’Up! Touches of Texture Thank You card for today’s card project! I love the artsy spattered look to this and the dimension added with the Hexagons Dynamic Embossing Folder!
Start with a base of Dapper Denim cardstock cut at 8.5″ x 5.5″ and score at 4.25″, fold in half. The Very Vanilla embossed layer is 5.25″ x 4″. The DSP layer is 3.25″ x 4 5/8″. The smaller Vanilla layer is 2.75″ x 4.25″. I stamped the flowers using the colors below and added some Daffodil Delight using sponge daubers.
Stampin’Up! Sealed With Love & Love Notes Framelits card
The Stampin’Up! Sealed With Love & Love Notes Framelits card is awesome just for the heart pop up border itself! Add the cute Sending Love wood embellishments and it’s super cute!
Check out the close up of the super cute heart border punch! For this card just start with a basic A2 white card base. Use the framelit to create the border along the edge. The Crumb Cake layer is cut at 3.5″ x 5.25″ and the white layer is cut at 3.25″ x 5″ and then embossed. Punch a Real Red heart, stamp the sentiment, and assemble. Pretty!
