Stampin’Up! Birthday Blossoms Brick embossed card

Stampin’Up! Birthday Blossoms Brick embossed card

Stampin'Up! Birthday Blossoms Brick embossed card

Celebrate the big day with the Stampin’Up! Birthday Blossoms Brick embossed card!  Love these fun pansy flowers!

Start this card with a 8.5″ x 5.5″ crumb cake card base.  Score and fold at 4.25″.  The Basic Black layer is cut at 5.25″ x 4″.  Finally the top Crumb Cake layer is cut at 5″ x 3.75″.  Emboss this with the Brick Wall embossing folder.

Stamp 2 pansies in white ink on crumb cake and 2 on black cardstock.  Punch out with the pansy punch.  Tip:  Each of the petals is different, so if you place a black mark next to the bottom petal (on the stamp) then it’s easier to line up in the punch!

Stamp and fussy cut the leaves.  Use an office hole punch for the black circles and add the pearls.  Stamp the sentiment on .75″ strip and layer on top of a .5″ black strip.  Flag the ends.  Remember to make the envelope pretty!

Stampin'Up! Bunch of Blossoms Falling leaves card

I absolutely love this Stampin’Up! Bunch of Blossoms Falling leaves card, it’s just one of those that makes my heart happy!

Start with a Mint Macaron cardstock cut at 11″ x 4.25″.  Score and fold at 5.5″ to create a portrait card.  Cut the Very Vanilla layer at 5.25″ x 4″. Stamp your leaves onto this layer. I like to start with the lightest color in triple step stamping.  For the single leaves in between I used the two lightest colors and stamped off first! See the video tutorial below!

Once the stamping is done wrap the vanilla ribbon around and attach to the base.  Stamp the sentiment onto Very Vanilla and punch out.  Punch out another piece in Mint and cut that one in half lengthwise to create a frame.  Pop up and add a knot.  Remember, make the envelope pretty!

To make this card start with a Soft Sky Cardstock cut at 11″ x 4.25″, score and fold at 5.5″.  The embossed layer is 5.25″ x 4″.  The DSP layer is 3″ x 4.25″. and the inner white layer is 2.25″ x 3.75″. Stamp and Die cut the pieces using the coordinating Coffee Cafe Bundle.  Then, simply assemble as shown in the video.

Stampin’Up! Touches of Texture Floral All Occasion card

Stampin’Up! Touches of Texture Floral All Occasion card

Stampin'Up! Touches of Texture Floral All Occasion card

This Stampin’Up! Touches of Texture Floral All Occasion card was a big hit at our recent class.  I love the fun spattered look!

I started this card with a Whisper White Thick cardstock cut at 11″ x 4.25″. Score and fold at 5.5″ Cut a second whisper white cardstock at 5.25″ x 4″ and stamp the flowers towards the top using Momento ink.

Use Melon Mambo large spatter, Island Indigo small spatter, and an Old Olive marker for the leaves!  Add the melon mambo along the bottom cut at 1.5″ x 4″.  Wrap the White Organza ribbon around and attach to the base.  I used a small piece of Whisper White twine to bunch up the ribbon before I attached the Mambo bow with a glue dot.

Stamp the sentiment on a strip of white paper and flag the ends.  I like to add a dimensional to pop up the middle and then curl up the ends.

Remember to make your envelope pretty!

Stampin’Up! Mixed Drinks Beer Star card

Stampin’Up! Mixed Drinks Beer Star card

Stampin'Up! Mixed Drinks Beer Star card

We did this Stampin’Up! Mixed Drinks Beer Star card at my last Stamp A Stack event.  I always try to do a masculine card, but this would also be a great card for a beer loving gal!

Start with a Very Vanilla card base cut at 8.5″ x 5.5″.  Score and fold in half at 4.25″.  The next layer of Soft Suede is cut at 5.25″ x 4″ and the top Very Vanilla layer is cut at 5″ x 3.75″. Don’t adhesive yet!

Cut a length of burlap ribbon about 6.5″ tie a knot toward one end and pass it through the star, now attach the vanilla and suede layer and attach the burlap ribbon.  Now you can attach the layers to the vanilla base.

Stamp the Beer outline in early espresso ink, and the “beer” in delightful dijon. (I stamped off twice first to lighten the color) Remember to make your envelope pretty!
