This Stampin’Up! Paisleys & Posies All Occasion Card is definitely quick and easy. The copper foil paper is a great focal point on it’s own!
The card base is cut at 8.5″ x 5.5″ and then scored at 4.25″ and fold. The very vanilla layer is 4″ x 5.25″ and the designer series paper is cut at 1.5″ x 5.25″. Cover where they come together using the Mint Macaron Sheer Linen Ribbon. Layer the copper thread, the copper framelit, and the knot using glue dots.
The soft suede ink is close to a copper / gold color when stamped. It matches great! Use this to stamp the sentiment and flag the ends. When I do this I pop up the middle with a dimensional and attach the ends with adhesive.
This photo of the Stampin’Up! Paisley Navy & Copper Bendy Fold Card doesn’t do it justice. I absolutely love this particular paper it’s beautiful! Make sure and get this Paisleys and Posies stamp set and framelits before they are gone! They are in the Holiday mini catalog which is available through January 3rd.
Here’s a video tutorial for the bendy fold card creating and assembly ( this happens to be a halloween card, but the basics are the same!):
I loved playing with designs for the bendy fold card. I have seen christmas scenes, balloons, flowers, and all kinds of things standing along the folds of the bendy card. The folds create a great depth of background for layering images and scenery of all kinds. Make your envelope pretty!
This Stampin’Up! Paisleys & Posies Fun Fish Card makes me smile! Thinlet die cuts are the best invention since sliced bread… lol… Or whatever! The amount of imagination used in paper piecing is endless, I love to see the creativity out there!
This card could technically qualify as easy, since the hardest part is just the diecutting and the assembly. Just start with a 8.5″ x 5.5″, score at 4.25″ and fold. The black layer is 5 3/8″ X 4 1/8″. The second vanilla layer is 5.25″ x 4″. The second black layer is 2 3/4″ x 3.5″, and the designer series paper layer is 2.5″ x 3.25″. Remember to make your envelope pretty!
Merry Christmas from our family at CreatingForGrace.com
Wow! Merry Christmas from our family at CreatingForGrace.com! I can’t believe this year is almost over, what an amazing 2016! Our family has so much to be thankful for! I have been so blessed over the years and am so thankful for my friends and family, and being able to do something I love daily.
Also, the New 2017 Occasions Mini Catalog and the 2017 Sale-A-Bration booklet will be going live on January 4th! Yay!! That’s reason to celebrate!
In addition, our family was able to visit the Mediterranean with Stampin’Up! this year! It was my first time ever to earn an incentive trip through being a Stampin’ Up! demonstrator. I was so incredibly excited and had the support of so many people!
Because of that support and momentum we were able to also earn the upcoming trip to Thailand in 2017, now there’s a place I never thought I’d say I’d be going! What an amazing opportunity for someone who had never done any traveling at all! Lol… So, can you imagine Ken and I riding an elephant, hmmm…
I am incredibly excited for the upcoming year on my blog and the amazing things coming out from Stampin’Up! and can’t wait to share them with you!

Stampin’ Up! Merriest Wishes dressed up like a present card
Stampin’ Up! Merriest Wishes dressed up like a present card is so simple… it’s almost too Quick and easy… lol… This can be done using any Designer Series Paper.
I created the standard size card base with the emerald envy, finished at 5.5″ x 4.25″. Then I used the very vanilla cardstock for stability cut at 5.25″ x 4″ and the Christmas designer series paper cut the same size. I wrap the ribbon around this like you would a gift box and pop up this layer using dimensionals.
Any kind of punch or die cut shape can be used for the sentiment, but I thought one that looked like a gift tag or ornament would be cute. The merriest wishes stamp set and 2″ circle punch worked great for this!
Stampin’ Up! Here’s to Cheers Christmas Shaker Card
This Stampin’ Up! Here’s to Cheers Christmas Shaker Card features the fun gold mica flakes from the 2016 Holiday mini catalog! I always think shaker cards are fun, and this one would be great as a New Years card as well!
The wine and glasses are stamped in black and just highlighted with the gold Wink of Stella. I also did a spatter if the gold on the envelope for a little fun!
The window for the shaker card and the gold glitter paper are both punched with the 2″ circle punch. The Gold embossed “Just spreading cheer this Christmas” is punched with the 1 3/4″ circle punch.
