Today I’m sharing the Bubble Over Bundle & some handy tips! Finding the correct BigShot sandwich can be a challenge, so I share a quick tip for the right plates for the Dynamic Textured Impressions embossing folders ( the really thick ones! ) As I was doing this I realized I should probably create an in depth video tutorial just for this LOL… so watch for that in the future!
When I first saw this set it wasn’t one that screamed “Buy Me!” to me. I do, however, have a teen at home and thought it would be fun. As I have created with it and seen what other crafty people have designed I have fallen in love! From lemonade and fancy straws, to vibrant pops of color, and on to masculine subtle tones… This set is really versatile!

Ready for some fairy tale fun? Try the Magical Day Wizard & Castle Occasions 2018 from the Myths & Magic suite! Mermaids, Dragons, knights in shining armor, unicorns, and of course, wizards! Everything you need for a fairy-tastic fun card!
In the video I show how I made a small hole in the brick wall embossed paper this allows me to cut bricks from the inside of the card to create a “hole” in the castle wall. The one part I forgot to show was how I made the hope your day sentiment separate. I stamped the sentiment and cut it out with the coordinating framelit. Once done I move the framelit down to separate the two parts.

Here’s a Sneak Peek at the Stampin’ Up 2018 Occasions Petal Palette wedding / Anniversary card I made for a recent swap. I fell in love with this set right away when we did the Make n’ Takes at the Stampin Up convention last month!
This card just has a classic feel with clean lines and an uncluttered look. Simply start with an A2 card base in Heavy White cardstock cut at 8.5″ x 5.5″. Score and fold at 4.25″. The black cardstock layer is cut at 5.25″ x 4″, and the inner white layer is 5″ x 3.75″. The emboss folder is thinner so run it through twice, side by side. (See the video for a tip!)
I still love the magic of heat embossing! Watching the matte powder change to a beautiful glossy shine makes me happy! Add all the embellishments and remember to make your envelope pretty!

Another color challenge! This one featuring the Stampin’ Up! Grown With Love friend card. As much as I love gardens I had yet to use this wonderful and fun set! Love the ” little red wagon” and the fall colors! This weeks color challenge colors were Cherry Cobbler, Cajun Craze, Crushed curry, Daffodil Delight, and White.
Remember! You can save 10% by purchasing the Grown with Love Bundle! Start with an A2 card base of thick white cardstock cut at 8.5″ x 5.5″. Score and fold in half at 4.25″. The second layer is Cajun Craze cardstock cut at 5″ x 3 3/4″. Finally the top white embossed layer is cut at 4 7/8″ x 3 5/8″. This layer is embossed using the Layered Leaves Dynamic Textured embossing folder. The DSP is cut at 1.5″ x 4 7/8″. Add the ribbon to finish off the Stampin’ Up! Grown With Love friend card.
I used Stampin’ Up! markers to color directly to the stamp for the vegetables. Huff 🙂 Stamp 🙂 Remember to make your envelope pretty too!
This Stampin’ Up! Best Birds Side Step Card Tutorial is a sweet wedding card. I focus on cutting the template and assembling the finished parts in the video tutorial 🙂 I love the depth and detail of step cards!
After the video tutorial below I have a link to the PDF template for the side step card 🙂 I do show in the video how I used blender pens and the ink pads to color. However the main focus is on the template and the assembly (which is long enough! LOL…) Remember to make your envelope pretty!
